TOPPINGS
  • 2 medium lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small cucumber, julienned
  • 1/3 small carrot, julienned
  • A few snow pea sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp Kimchi, cut into thumbnail size

SAUCE (MIX THESE IN A BOWL)
  • 2 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chilli paste)
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds

*1 Tbsp = 15ml

STEPS
  1. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and run some cold water over the noodles to cool them down. Drain.
  2. Place the noodles in a bowl and add the toppings and sauce.
  3. Mix them well and dig in.
